Shipping Timeframes

Ready-Made Garments:
Orders containing ready-made items are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom-Made Products (Shirts, Suits, etc.):
Custom orders are made-to-order and typically take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Once your custom shirt or suit is crafted, it is shipped and delivered within 5 business days.

📦 General Delivery Window: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for made-to-order products to arrive.

Made-to-Order Production Process

Most of our items — excluding accessories — are made-to-order.
This means we begin production only after your order is placed. This approach ensures:

• Reduced waste

• Freshly made garments

• No overproduction

Fit Concerns

While we do not accept returns due to hygiene and health protocols, customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
