Return & Exchange

We aim to make returns and exchanges simple and fair. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for return or refund.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy applies to orders placed within the USA & Canada only.

Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it complies with our return eligibility requirements before approving an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

If your return is approved and the requested size is available, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or a refund, where applicable.

Return Shipping (USA & Canada)

Where applicable, a prepaid return label will be provided for eligible returns.

  • Free return shipping on orders over $100
  • Free first return for new customers

Please notify us once the return package has been dropped off to avoid processing delays.

We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.

Shipping, handling, and postage fees are non-refundable.

International Returns (Outside USA/Canada)

International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees.
