Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@larimars.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚫 Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable, even if a return is accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@larimars.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom products (e.g., Custom made shirts & suits)

Final sale items or gift cards

Worn, altered, or damaged items

Exchanges
To get the right item quickly, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved and processed.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at support@larimars.com.
